Skyscrapers seem to grow from the desert in the sky - only a montage of my own pictures from the Arab world - but symbolically for many Projects:


Some projects remain «stuck in the sand» because they are not set in the initialization phase on safe ground.

Others succeed, even though the conditions are more than «skinny» and deficient.

Why Projects succeed

Projects - big or small - need clearly defined objectives.

Definition and Initialisation are most important switch points deciding about success of failure of the project. And precisely this phase is usually marked by a lack of resources, lack of time, unclear responsibilities, lack of processes.

Inhomogeneous interests of the partners disturb often cooperation.

 

Qualified, temporary support in this very early stages can contribute significantly to long-term success of the project:
  • Binding definition of the project objective, the resources and the sponsorship of the Project Charter

Who am I

Since I graduated as Dipl. Computer scientist at the Technical University of Munich I occupied myself in more than 25 years and therefore my entire professional life in international Projects. Ranging from software projects to management of Joint Ventures in the 3-digit M range, last several years of experience in the Middle East.

I passionately like to work with people who want to achieve with enthusiasm new goals.
